Early Childhood Educator

The Early Learning Centre of Margaret River is a small private childcare centre based in Margaret River, with up to 50 children, 18 months to 5 years, who are seeking a Diploma qualified educator to join our fabulous team.

Role :

Full-time Early Childhood Educator; Diploma qualified

Qualifications and experience :

• Hold or be working towards an ACECQA approved Diploma qualification
• Current Working with Children's Check
• Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
• Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
• Genuine passion for working in early childhood education and for children learning through play.

Tasks and responsibilities :

• Completing care tasks with respect
• Supporting and guiding children in their development and learning
• Assist in planning programmes and documenting children's learning
• Delivering and scaffolding learning within high quality learning experiences
• Working within a team environment
• Building and maintain long-lasting connections with children, families, educators within the local community.
