Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)

We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our Reggio Emilia–inspired early learning centre, where children’s voices, creativity, and relationships are at the heart of everything we do.

About the Role :

• Lead and contribute to an emergent, inquiry-based curriculum Bring the Reggio Emilia philosophy to life through projects, provocations, and rich learning environments Observe, document, and reflect on children’s learning in meaningful ways Collaborate with educators, families, and children as co-learners Align practice with the EYLF and National Quality Framework.

What We’re Looking For :

• Approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (ACEQA approved)
• Strong understanding of or interest in the Reggio Emilia approach
• Passion for child-led learning, documentation, and reflective practice Ability to build respectful, collaborative relationships
• Current Working With Children Check and First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates, child protection.
