Centre Manager / Director

My client is seeking an experienced and energetic Centre Director for a dynamic, high-performing early learning centre 35-40 km south of Perth city. You'll be at the heart of our operations, driving excellence in every aspect of the centre. Your leadership will inspire your team, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and family engagement.

What You'll Do :

• Manage daily centre operations, including workforce planning, budget control, and effective parent communication
• Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and facilitating professional growth to ensure pedagogical excellence
• Drive the design and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities that ensure every child's holistic development
• Maintain meticulous compliance with all National Regulations and Standards, prioritising children's safety and well-being through adherence to strict policies and procedures
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork, diversity, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring :

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or higher)
• Experience working in a licensed childcare centre, including substantial experience in a leadership/management role
• A current WA Working with Children Check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead collaboratively and manage priorities effectively
• Dedication to ongoing professional development and quality improvement.
