We have this upcoming position on offer for a Full time position in our growing school The position is available to start immediately.

We are looking for a lead educator who can build and sustain strong relationships with children, parents, and the local community. 

• We have small intimate classes with fun extending classes such as “Circus”, veggie gardens, secret garden, library time, Our WOW shed which caters for the curiosity of our little ones as well as so much more.

You must be able to provide and support a program that enables children to develop their own working theories around them, you must be able to navigate intentional teaching, spontaneous opportunities, and fun through play. You must be able to provide a creative environment that engages children and encourages them to investigate, explore and extend on their current skills.

We are looking for a team player who can offer support to their fellow colleagues, work as a team and love what they do.

As our Lead Educator, you will need to possess the following attributes:

•  Must have strong experience with all age groups
• Studied a diploma in early childcare
• Must be computer literate-have experience with programming
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Standard and National Regulations
• Demonstrated ability to work in partnerships with families
• Demonstrated professional level of written and verbal communication skills.

Candidates must possess the following/be willing to obtain:

• Current Senior First Aid certificate which includes CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma
• Blue card (Must be a valid P)
• Child protection certificate
• Have a true passion for Early Childhood Education and Care.

All perm/part time applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday within the hours of operation
