Lead Educators (Child Care Worker 421111)

KK Admin Pty Ltd is seeking full-time Lead Educators (Child Care Worker 421111) to join our team is various locations. We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality early childhood education and care.

Are you a highly motivated and qualified Diploma Educators?

You will be responsible for : 

• Supporting a team of educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery
• Creating long-lasting connections and partnerships with your local community, schools, and families
• Supporting the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

Do you possess these qualities and qualifications :

• Diploma in early childhood education and care or ACECQA equivalent
• At least 1year of working experience in a similar role
• Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates
• Paid working with children check (blue Card)
• Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks/workload
• Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking
• Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude
• Approachable and friendly with a demonstrated passion for early education
• An understanding of EYLF
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build strong relationships.

Working hours : 

You must be available to work within the hours of 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday - Friday. The salary on offer is $70,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on skills, qualifications, and experience) plus 12% superannuation.
