About the Role:
- Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Commencement: Term 2, 2025
- Award: VECTEA Award + $21,000 location incentive
- Schedule:
- Monday & Tuesday: Lead the Kindergarten Program (8:30 am - 4:00 pm; 8:00 am - 4:00 pm start times)
- Wednesday & Thursday: Room Leader duties
- Friday: 10 hours of planning time (non-contact)

What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education + VIT Registration
- Experience:
- Proven Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) experience
- Demonstrated success as an Educational Leader
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide staff meetings and oversee daily operations.
- Compliance: Proficiency in writing and implementing Equips.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills to engage with staff, families, and the broader community.
