About the Role:

• Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Commencement: Term 2, 2025
• Award: VECTEA Award + $21,000 location incentive
• Schedule:
  • Monday & Tuesday: Lead the Kindergarten Program (8:30 am - 4:00 pm; 8:00 am - 4:00 pm start times)
  • Wednesday & Thursday: Room Leader duties
  • Friday: 10 hours of planning time (non-contact)

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education + VIT Registration
• Experience:
  • Proven Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) experience
  • Demonstrated success as an Educational Leader
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide staff meetings and oversee daily operations.
• Compliance: Proficiency in writing and implementing Equips.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills to engage with staff, families, and the broader community.
