What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support to the broader team
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, photocopying and ordering office supplies
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents
- Welcoming and assisting visitors to the office
- Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service
