Explorers Learning Academy are looking to employ an Early Childhood Teacher who will be committed in Explorers offering high quality Education and care to the Mittagong community. OR Are you Diploma trained and looking for career advancement who wants to do their ECT degree. We may support you with study costs! This is a permanent full time or part time position – Flexible working hours The centre opening hours are 7am-6pm Monday to Friday

About You:

• ACECQA recognised Early Childhood Education and Care Bachelor Degree qualifications - or actively working towards
• You will be kind and you will contribute to continual improvement.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard
• Exceptional knowledge of safety and well-being
• A desire to provide quality education and care
• Willingness to support, train and mentor team members if required
• Strong communication skills, reliable and punctual
• Passionate about Play
• Flexible, Positive and Fun Approach
• A love for the outdoors
